Pamela Johnson is a visual artist living in Maine.

Her studio production includes painting, drawing, printmaking, sculptural objects, and installation art. She works with oil paint, acrylic, encaustic, and watercolor, and her printed work emphasizes intaglio and relief printing. Pamela has worked in multiple collaborations with composers, poets, theater directors, and other visual artists. 

Born in the Flint Hills of Kansas, she studied at Kansas State University, the University of Kansas, the Kansas City Art Institute, Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, and Bennington College. She holds degrees in both art history and visual art.
